Image: 1527 - Subtle flatweave fabric suits this "Multi-York" suite perfectly
This four piece "Multi-York" suite comprises one two seater sofa, two armchairs and a footstool. Our client chose a best quality, flame-retardant "Linwood" flatware fabric for the upholstery and the result looks extremely inviting. These fabrics are great value for the long term as they will keep their good looks for many years and are very easy to care for. The subtle patterns of flatweave fabrics can be deceptive though, to get the best result takes meticulous attention to detail to achieve this level of pattern matching. To ensure an "as new" result, we routinely strip all the pieces back to the frame, then thoroughly check that this is in perfect condition, making any repairs that may be necessary. This provides the best possible foundation for your upholstery, ensuring comfort and longevity. Interiors of the arms, back and base are then replaced with best quality, flame-resistant materials. For comfort and durability, we replaced all seat cushion interiors with best quality flame retardant "Reflex" interiors, which carry a ten year guarantee. To give the best possible cushion life, these were also wrapped in a secondary casing, comprising Dacron and stockinette. We also replaced existing back cushion interiors with best quality flame retardant "Fibre-fill" interiors. The combination of "Reflex" and "Fibre-fill" ensures maximum comfort, quality and durability. Lastly, all four pieces were finished with a hand-stitched flat skirt, five scatter cushions made to complete the look and arm caps made to protect the arms. Our clients absolutely loved their "new" suite and said it was like brand new and thought it was even more comfortable than before.
