Richard Bull Upholstery - Approvals & Accreditations
|Which? Magazine Trusted Traders|
We are very proud to announce that we have been accredited as a Which? Trusted Trader.
We were approached by Which? Trusted Traders to apply for the prestigious accreditation and we are delighted to announce that after a rigorous assessment process, which included a credit check, customer reference checks (which were picked by Which? at random from all our customers over the last year) and culminated in a visit from a Which? Trusted Traders assessor, who was a Trading Standards Officer with over twenty years experience. The visit lasted a couple of hours and all aspects of our business and the first class service we offer were looked at in depth.
As an aside, we were advised that the references obtained were very complementary and customers commented upon the excellent service we offer in addition to the upholstery!
This isn’t a lifetime accreditation, the endorsement lasts for a year and prior to the expiry we are re-assessed to ensure we are still up to the exacting standards required to carry a Which? Trusted Traders’ seal of approval.
We sincerely hope that along with our accreditations from The Association of Master Upholsterers and The Guild of Master Craftsmen this prestigious accreditation will assure you that you will receive a first class service from us.
Unlike many other directories, you cannot buy your way into the Which? listing, you have to be recommended by a customer who subscribes to the magazine. The magazine lists over 130,000 reviews covering a range of local businesses. Each recommendation is checked by a team of Which? Local moderators to make sure that they are genuine.
|Association of Master Upholsterers|
Another mark of the quality of work carried out by Richard Bull Upholstery is our membership of the Association of Master Upholsterers, whose stand on quality is outlined in this statement from their website:
"The Association recognises that the strength of these trades is dependent on the quality of the service they provide to the public. Endeavouring to underpin consumer confidence in members' work is therefore central to the Association's work. This is why upholsterers and soft furnishers wishing to join have to have their work inspected to ensure that it is of acceptable quality. And this vetting process is repeated periodically for existing members. The Association also has a complaints and mediation procedure to ensure that in those rare instances where there is a dispute between a member and his customer which cannot be resolved amicably, it is settled impartially and justly. We have also published a Consumer Code of Practice outlining what consumers have a right to expect of our members and giving guidance on how to ensure that both a member and his customer are clear on what any contract involves and what the customer can expect from it."
With reviews and independent assessments to ensure quality, you can be sure that your furniture is in good hands when you entrust it to us. Call us on the number shown above or click in the header of any page to send an email for more information.
